I know exactly what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize the woman you see. She's tired, unmotivated and scared. I've been there, showing up every day for everyone else and putting myself on the back burner just to get through the day.
Let's become women that keep our promises to ourselves!

I'm a 37-year-old mom of three daughters, and like many women, I spent years putting everyone else first. Nine months ago, I found myself sitting in my car looking at lab results filled with red markers and realized it was time to make a change. I had lost 60 pounds before—twice—but this time I knew I needed more than weight loss. I needed to heal my relationship with food, work through the habits that were holding me back, face my childhood trauma and become the healthiest version of myself. So I started small: just 10 minutes of walking a day. I eventually worked up to a daily mile. Those simple daily walks built confidence, consistency, and eventually transformed every area of my life.
Now, I'm here to help other women do the same. This isn't about perfection, extreme workouts, or chasing a number on the scale. It's about creating sustainable habits, building confidence, and making small changes that lead to lasting results. If you've struggled to stay consistent in the past, you don't have to do this alone. I'm still on my journey, and I'll be putting in the work right beside you as we take one step at a time toward a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of ourselves.
Let's get healthy together, babes!
